Half the workforce will menstruate during their working lives, yet most workplaces still treat period products as something people should sort out themselves. Being caught unprepared means lost time, discomfort, and a quiet signal that this part of people’s lives doesn’t belong at work. Toilet paper and soap are free and expected. A Period Positive Workplace makes menstrual products freely and reliably available where people work, and treats menstrual health as a normal part of workplace wellbeing. It is a recognised standard, run by Days for Girls, that any employer can meet. We help you get there.

training on dispenser management and hygiene practices
educational materials to raise menstrual health literacy across your whole workforce, for women and men alike
guidance to complete your Period Positive Workplace certification
