Period Pride Campaign -

Every Campaign Creates Change

At Period Pride, every campaign is more than just numbers — it’s about restoring dignity, keeping girls in school, and breaking the silence around menstruation.

From rural classrooms to international summits, our campaigns spread awareness, distribute Safepads™, and empower communities to embrace menstrual health as a human right.

Current Campaigns

Zimbabwe & Nigeria

Our flagship program. Over 2,000 Safepads™ distributed and 250 educational booklets shared. Girls are missing fewer school days, gaining confidence, and openly discussing menstrual health in safe spaces.

Denmark & India

Focused on awareness and kit distribution, these campaigns spark conversations in schools and communities, build cross-cultural solidarity, and highlight menstruation as a global issue.

Upcoming Campaigns

Expanding our reach to:

  • Tanzania

  • Zambia

  • Malawi

  • Ghana

  • Nigeria

Each new campaign will provide Safepads™, education workshops, and community advocacy to challenge stigma and support girls’ education.

Policy and Advocacy

Our campaign recognises that menstrual dignity requires more than product distribution — it requires system-level change. Through targeted policy and advocacy work, we aim to shift how institutions, governments, and sports organisations understand and respond to menstrual health.

We focus on advocating for policies that ensure free access to menstrual materials in schools, public facilities, and sporting environments, and we work to influence national and regional education systems to integrate menstrual health into health curricula. By demonstrating evidence from our community programmes, we help decision-makers recognise menstruation as a public health and education priority, rather than an afterthought or charity intervention.

Our goal is to support governments, sports bodies, and development agencies to adopt sustainable menstrual health frameworks that improve school attendance, reduce stigma, and safeguard the wellbeing of girls and women. Through partnerships with organisations across Africa, Asia, and Europe, we contribute to shaping policies that protect the rights of girls and women and foster environments where they can fully participate in education, sport, and community life.
